1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AnatoMED, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Beta service
AnatoMED is currently provided as a Beta educational service. Features may be incomplete, changed, added, removed, suspended, or redesigned as the platform develops.
Beta access does not guarantee that a feature will remain available in future versions of AnatoMED.
3. Educational purpose
AnatoMED provides educational material intended to support the study of anatomy and related subjects.
The platform is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or patient-specific clinical recommendations.
4. Accounts
Certain areas of AnatoMED require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to access another user's account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AnatoMED.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or security controls.
- Use automated systems to scrape or copy substantial portions of the platform without permission.

6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, AnatoMED and its licensors retain all applicable rights in the platform, design, branding, educational material, software, graphics, organization, and other original content.
Access to AnatoMED does not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, published, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
7. User feedback
Because the service is in Beta, users may provide suggestions, bug reports, comments, or other feedback.
AnatoMED may use feedback to improve the platform without an obligation to compensate the person providing it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep AnatoMED available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control.
9. Accuracy of educational material
AnatoMED aims to provide useful and accurate educational material, but anatomy and medical education require careful verification and professional instruction.
We do not guarantee that every item of content is complete, current, or free from error.
10. AI-assisted material
Some material or platform-development processes may involve artificial intelligence or AI-assisted tools.
AI-assisted material may contain errors and should be reviewed in the same manner as other educational resources.
11. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Beta is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
AnatoMED does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every educational purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnatoMED will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Beta platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated as the platform changes. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another reasonable method.
